Residential Development, Town of Gilbert, Arizona

MD Acoustics has been retained to provide acoustical engineering and noise control services for a proposed residential development on approximately 27 acres along the SR-202 Freeway, near the Mesa Gateway Airport. The project is located in the Town of Gilbert. Traffic noise from the adjacent SR-202 Freeway and aircraft noise from the nearby airport are the primary sources of noise impacting the site area. The noise study provides existing ambient noise levels at the project site, future noise levels at the project site and abatement measures to minimize traffic and aircraft noise impacts to the proposed project site.
